Gupta Coal India Private Limited (GCIPL), engaged in the coal trading business filed an application U/s 10 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, which has been admitted by the Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai on 09.03.2017 and I was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional by the Hon’ble NCLT Mumbai.
