Appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional by Hon’ble NCLT New Delhi on 04.03.2021 and appointed Resolution Professional by the members of CoC. Presently the Resolution of the Corporate Debtor is on advance stage of finalization. During the CIRP process, RP delivered the handover of over 200 flats to homebuyers. Total homebuyers in the matter are over 800. Project site of the Corporate Debtor is at Sector 95 and Sector 103, Gurugram.
