I was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional by Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench on 03.02.2021. The matter was resolved under Section 12A of IBC, 2016 and Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench approved the proposal under Section 12A of IBC, 2016 on 09.03.2021.
