I Was Appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional By Hon’ble NCLT New Delhi Court No. IV, on 08.01.2019 and the COC appointed me as Resolution Professional in the Matter. The CoC consist of three Financial Creditors with a total debt of Rs. 544 Crore. The RP has replaced with another RP in the last meeting of CoC. The Company is undergoing Liquidation proceedings.
